Almanya\u2019da bir benzeri olmayan proje, muhterem Prof. Dr. H\u00fcseyin \u0130lker \u00c7\u0131nar Hocaefendi\u2019nin \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde, Medrese e\u011fitimi alm\u0131\u015f, Bat\u0131\u2019y\u0131 tan\u0131yan profes\u00f6rlerin \u00e7o\u011funlukta oldu\u011fu akademisyenlerden ve ilim adamlar\u0131ndan olu\u015fan bir komisyon taraf\u0131ndan yurti\u00e7i ve yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131nda yap\u0131lan y\u0131llar s\u00fcren \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar, say\u0131s\u0131z isti\u015f\u00e2r\u00ee toplant\u0131lar ve g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler sonras\u0131nda haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130lk etapta d\u00f6rt y\u0131l s\u00fcrecek olan e\u011fitimi ba\u015far\u0131yla tamamlayarak mezun olan \u00f6\u011frenciler, ic\u00e2zet hakk\u0131na sahip olabilmek i\u00e7in bu e\u011fitimin devam\u0131 ve tamamlay\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 niteli\u011finde olan iki y\u0131ll\u0131k il\u00e2ve bir e\u011fitim ve ihtisas pro\u011fram\u0131na
